Meet Jennine Sheldon. Owner and operator of J9 Fitness LLC. A concept originally created for women who suffer from social physique anxiety and who feel uncomfortable in a crowded gym setting. Since establishing J9 Fitness in 2016, Jennine has expanded her business in 2017 to a 1,200 sq ft private fitness studio out of her home located in West Henrietta, NY. What once started as just one-on-one personal training sessions for women has since progressed to group fitness sessions for men and women!
Jennine is a Certified Personal Trainer, Fitness Nutrition Specialist, Women’s Fitness Specialist, Behavior Change Specialist, Group Personal Training Specialist, Weight Loss Specialist and a Physique & Bodybuilding Coach through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM). Jennine is also certified in numerous equipment specializations. She is continually attending fitness workshops and events, as well as continuing her education to provide her clients with the latest and most effective training methods. Jennine prides herself in creating realistic training routines, in addition to sustainable lifestyle changes for her clients. There is no such thing as quick fixes or fad dieting when it comes to her fitness approach. She believes in healthy, moderate weight loss that you can keep off for life! Not just a few weeks or months.
