Small Group Personal Training Sessions.
All small group personal training sessions here at J9 Fitness LLC are for every activity and fitness level. Each small group personal training session is capped at 10 people, so everyone can get the individual attention they need. All training sessions are on a first-come, first-serve basis! So be sure to book your sessions right away when the schedule is made available. Monthly schedule is available the last week of every month for the following month. 24-hour cancellation is required in order to accommodate everyone’s schedule.

What should I expect at a small group personal training session?
Besides an eager trainer looking forward to working with you, you can expect all small group personal training sessions to:
Begin with an active warm up.
The trainer will instruct which body parts you will be targeting in advance on the monthly schedule.
There will be a demonstration of all the exercises planned.
All small group personal training sessions focus on each individual’s goals. You work at your own pace in your own station.
Small group personal training sessions are a mix of strength training and sometimes, high intensity interval training (HIIT).
There will be a regression option for every move, as well as form correction by the trainer, if needed.
The trainer is also there to spot those lifting heavier loads.
Everyone is encouraged to work at their own pace and take the regressions and or breaks when needed.
At the end of each session there will be a brief cool down, followed by some stretching.
